Vagabond utilizes common freight carrier, UPS and/or FedEx Ground. All shipping charges are F.O.B. Atlanta, Georgia. Shipping charges are an estimate and may not be exact. Additional charges may apply where applicable. However, shipping charges can vary, and Vagabond reserves the right to calculate reasonable shipping charges for exceptions. International shipments require additional fees. Your signature of receipt constitutes full acceptance of all packages as stated on the bill of lading or electronic clipboard. You agree to count all packages and sign for the exact number of packages received. If your company refuses a shipment, it is agreed that you are responsible for all related shipping and return shipping charges incurred. Returned shipments may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Make certain the address you supply to Vagabond is 100% accurate! This includes the street address, suite #, and zip code. UPS and FedEx charge an additional $8.00 per box for any and all address corrections. Occasionally business cards have an incorrect zip code or suite number. Even a minor error will incur this expense.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: SHIPMENTS MADE BY COMMON CARRIER MUST BE PREPAID. YOU MUST INSPECT ALL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS, AND NOTE ANY DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT, BEFORE SIGNING. FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL NOT BE HONORED BY THE CARRIER UNLESS DOCUMENTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: Vagabond makes every effort to pack only first quality merchandise with carrier approved materials. Vagabond is not responsible for damage in transit. You agree not to deduct from invoice for any damage claim. If your merchandise is damaged in transit, you agree to contact the shipping carrier and Vagabond directly WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. You also agree to SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS AND PRODUCT. Upon valid inspection by the carrier, Vagabond will contact you to resolve the problem.

RETURNS/DEFECTS/NO WARRANTIES:  Any claim for defective merchandise or missing items must be reported to Vagabond via telephone (404-351-6484) or email (returns-claims@vagabondvintage.com) WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER.  Failure to report within five days will negate your claim.  Vagabond does not accept returns on first quality wholesale merchandise for any reason. Any and all returns must be approved.  CLEARANCE AND SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL, WITH NO RETURNS ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Vagabond Vintage Furnishings LLC is a wholesale distributor and not a manufacturer. VAGABOND VINTAGE FURNISHINGS LLC LEGALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES. This means that Vagabond does not guarantee or offer any form of warranty on our products for any reason. This “no warranty” policy includes the manufacturers and distributors involved in our purchasing process. When you purchase from Vagabond Vintage Furnishings LLC you hereby agree to this portion of our terms and conditions as well.
